One way of looking at the usefulness might be to use the Shanghai Learning 2.0 Ning as a case study http://learning2cn.ning.com/
Now ... should Ning be used for a future TECHEX .... my money would be on "yes" ... but then I always lose in casinos.

You can treat this as a safe sandbox before you use it at a conference. There is a link the Shanghai NING in the bottom left of this site - happy Ninging
